Monsoon Season
It's been kind of rainy here. I like it as long as the flashie-boomie stuff doesn't accompany the rainy stuff. This is good for the high desert and will not only make the trees and other flora happy but also the birdies, deer, bears, coyotes and other fauna to be happy too.

We were getting a lot of rain, too, but now it seems to be leveling off ... cool picture!

We need rain too so please send some our way! A rainy day is so good for napping. When the flashy boomies come we hide under the bed.
I agree with you: rain is good, loud thunder and flashy-lighting is scairty.
We never used to mind the boomies until this spring when they came with a big hailstorm pounding the roof of the house. Now when we hear thunder we all run to our safe spots!
I don't think I would like that. But Mom says we need rain here too.
i'm with you, as long as there are no boomies, i enjoy the rain. even the birdies i watch don't mind it.
