Yup, that's the weinermobile. Oscar Mayer's HQ is in Madison, so the weinermobile is around a lot. But usually it's movin too fast to get the front!

A balcony is a nice safe place for a cat to get some fresh air without having to worry about predators. (Just keep away from the edges!)
I sure do miss being so high up. You two are so lucky!

Tommy and I are on the third floor but mom won't let us be on the balcony unless she is sitting right there. Also the balcony has screening on the top part above the railing but it's kind of flimsy screening so mom says she needs to monitor our sniffing. Tommy once jumped straight up to try and catch a bird flying close and put two big scratches in the screening. Scared mom alot.
You looks so happy on yer balcony. We has a deck that is one story up off our living room and mom lets us go out there by ourselves.
